Comfort Inn, Cleveland South - Richfield

I always choose this place for its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor pool. The staff helped me with my heavy bags on my first stay. I'll definitely come back for a city trip!

Breakfast was great and the waffle maker is great plus for us too! The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The indoor pool was too cold to swim in :( Couldn't connect to the wifi in the workout room.

Nice clean room, comfortable, everything works well

Warm and well-appointed rooms with a king bed, and great services. A fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area were nice.

Decent stay with good breakfast

We had a pretty good time here. The room was clean with nice furniture and places to chill. Breakfast was tasty, especially the variety of toppings! Just a bummer that the waffle maker was kinda tricky to use due to a broken timer. I'd say it was worth it for a couple of nights.

The bugs in our room, the comforter being filled with them and the night clerk unable to do much about the problem as she was short staffed. The bathroom light that only worked one half of our 2 and one half week stay.

Beautiful lounge. Beautiful pool. Quiet. Safety railing in the shower--important! Good shower head. No bedbugs.

Pillows were too puffy and hard. I could not get comfortable since my neck hurt. Would have liked some sausage or bacon with breakfast. I do not get the sausage gravy--yuk!

Convenient hotel, magnificent location, good food. Responsive staff at all times. A nice size and brand-new rooms and comfortable beds. Simply no complains at all, real good stay.

Bed sheet had a fresh stain not of my making... Probably a one-time lapse on housekeeping vigilance.

The location made it easy for our large family and our pets to enjoy both nature and the city. The quick access to hiking trails was a plus.

In my wife's opinion, the pool should be heated for kids. It would be great if the hotel could ensure that the amenities, especially for families, are well-maintained .

The King Room was pretty comfortable with decent furniture and enough seating. The layout worked well for us. It was clean, and the little side table shelves were a nice touch. Breakfast was solid, although the waffle maker was a bit iffy with the timer. A cozy spot to stay!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I really appreciated the easy access to the highway especially with kids in the car and the complimentary breakfast was a plus since we didn't have to go out hunting for food in the morning

It wasn't exactly a bargain but you get what you pay for and this place delivered enough to make it acceptable

The warm, traditional Hampton Inn decor was like a cozy embrace, and I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout for seniors like me. The staff was helpful.

More seating in common areas would be nice.
